Shipping
Pointless Acts provides shipping across the UAE at a flat rate. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Our courier partner will contact you to arrange delivery within 1-3 days, depending on your location in the UAE (which Emirate you are in). For our GCC customers, please email us, and we will work out the best shipping option for you.

Tracking
When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS, including a tracking number. Simply click the link to track your package on our delivery partner’s website and stay updated on its progress.

Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks. However, if you encounter any issues, such as damaged or faulty items, please refer to the "Damaged/Faulty Goods" section below.

Damaged/Faulty Goods
Each sock is individually embroidered, printed, and tie-dyed by our team, making every pair unique (especially our beloved tie-dye styles!). If you receive socks with a defect, such as a snag, tear, hole, or color issue, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Notify us within 24 hours of receipt, keep the socks in their original packaging, and we’ll arrange a courier to pick them up. For refunds, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 days, depending on your bank. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear used or tampered with.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, please do so before receiving the shipping confirmation. Once the package leaves our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible. If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, contact us directly. Please review our Returns & Refunds and Damaged/Faulty Goods policies for more information.
