Shipping & Returns

Shipping : 

Pointless Acts offers free shipping to UAE at the moment. Once you place your order you will receive confirmation email with order number. Our courier will contact you and deliver your socks in 1-3 days depending on your location in UAE ( aka which Emirates you are in). For our GCC fam, please email us and we will figure out the shipment to you as well.

 

Tracking : 

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with tracking number. Simply click on the link and you will be directed to our delivery partners website where you can follow the status of your order.

 

Timings : 

We all need some time off and for that you can catch us anytime during the working week ( Mon-Fri). For any urgent needs send us an email anytime and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

Returns & Refunds : 

As for the returns, we need to acknowledge the fact that socks are hygienic products so unfortunately we won't be able to accept your returned socks. However if you face any issues, like damaged or faulty items please refer to section " Damaged/ Faulty goods" below.  

 

Damaged / Faulty goods : 

Each sock is embroidered, printed and tie dyed by our team separately, hence each of the pair is unique ( specially the beloved tie dye which makes them even more awesome). If you receive your socks with a defect such as a snag, tear, hole or colour defect, we want the chance to send you a replacement that you will love. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, keep the socks in their original packaging and our courier will pick the package from your address. For a refund, please note the amount will be refunded onto the original mode of the payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the bank. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. 

 

Cancellation policy : 

To cancel your order, please make sure to do so before receiving the shipping confirmation. Once the package leaves the warehouse we won't be able to cancel the order. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, please contact us directly. Please take a minute and read our return and refund and Damaged/ Faulty goods conditions.
